Package Details

Age Requirement: Suitable for children ages 4 and up.
Duration: 2 Hours (1-hour art lesson + 1-hour party & cleanup time)
Capacity: Minimum 6 guests | Maximum 20 guests.
What They Take Home: 1 custom-painted ceramic piece per child.
Firing & Pickup: Our staff will professionally glaze and fire the painted pieces. They will be ready for pickup in 1–2 weeks.

Pricing & Payment Policy

Online Booking (Deposit): To secure your slot, a non-refundable deposit of $60 (Studio Fee for the base 6 guests) and $180 (Private Space Fee) is required upon booking online.
Day-of-Party Payment (At the Studio): All remaining balances will be verified and settled via our POS system on the day of the event.

Base Price Breakdown (For the minimum 6 guests):

Paid Online: $60 Studio Fee (Deposit) + $180 Private Space Fee
Paid at the Studio: Starting at $35 Standard Ceramic Bisque per child + Applicable Supply Tax.
Additional Guests: $45 per each additional child (Up to 20 children max).
Breakdown: $10 Studio Fee + $35 Standard Ceramic Bisque + Tax.

Bisque Selection & Taxes: The standard $35 bisque allowance is included for each child. Please note that applicable supply tax will be added to all ceramic bisque pieces. Premium shapes are available for an additional upgrade fee at the studio.

Included Service: Celebration & Dining Details

After the art session concludes, a special party time is fully included for the children to celebrate together!
Early Host Access: Parents (hosts) may arrive 30 minutes before the session starts to prepare and set up.
Party Table Provided: A dedicated table will be ready for you to set up your birthday cake or catered food.

What You Need to Bring (Required)

To ensure a smooth transition from the art class to the party, please bring the following items:

Tablecloths to cover the tables after the art lesson
Utensils, plates, napkins, and all food-related supplies
Decorations and any outside food or cake

Important Notes

Private Space: The party area will be exclusively reserved for your group, with no outside guests allowed during the celebration.
Cleanup Policy: Please help us by cleaning up your party area and disposing of your trash before your scheduled time ends.

Important Details

Advance Booking: Online reservations must be made at least 50 days in advance.
Rescheduling: You can change your event date once up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations: No refunds for same-day cancellations, drastic guest count drops on the day of, or no-shows.

1. Handcrafted Ceramic Characteristics & Variations

Unique Artistry: All SOYOU ceramics products are individually handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics and high-temperature kiln firing, subtle variations in size, shape, color, glaze texture, pinholes, and natural speckles may occur. These are not defects, but unique characteristics that make each piece one-of-a-kind.
Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and lighting conditions.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and packaged within 2 to 5 business days. For custom or made-to-order items, please allow additional time as specified on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. SOYOU ceramics is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping details.

3. Shipping Damage & Claims

Safe Packaging: We package every piece with extreme care to ensure safe arrival.
Damaged Upon Arrival: If your item arrives damaged or broken during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@soyouceramics.com.
Claim Requirement: Please include your order number, a clear photo of the damaged item, and a photo of the original outer packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Returns & Exchange Policy

Final Sale Items: Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our ceramics, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrectly sent.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please reach out to us before placing your order.

5. Care & Usage Instructions

Food Safety: All SOYOU ceramic tableware is made with non-toxic, lead-free glazes and is 100% food safe.
General Care: While many pieces are dishwasher safe, we strongly recommend gentle hand washing with warm water and a non-abrasive sponge to preserve the beauty and longevity of your handcrafted ceramics.
Microwave Use: Unless specified otherwise, products are microwave safe for mild reheating. Avoid sudden, extreme temperature changes (thermal shock).

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal and payment information is strictly protected and will never be shared, sold, or rented to third parties. Information collected is solely used to process orders and improve your shopping experience.

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order or class booking, please review our policy below:

No refunds. You may cancel for full credit up until 10 days before the start of class.

One complimentary makeup class per session is included. Makeup classes must be scheduled within the session or during designated makeup times. Please email soyouceramics@gmail.com before your missed class to schedule a makeup.
You can change the date of your class once up to 24 hours before the class.

We cannot refund for any day-of cancellations or changes.
